The location is excellent and incredible, opposite a railway station. The double room is fashionable, we also enjoyed magnificent views.- There's a cool Destille within easy walking distance of the hotel, making desserts, etc.

this hotel was located in a very central area near to a bustling main train station and historic building. plus it was 5 mins drive from binnenalster. the room was well-organised and recently refurbished and equipped with the aircon and great bathroom and coffee as described. coffee & tea making machines and a refrigerator were a big plus.

The staff here really knew their stuff and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room was a good size, not too big but just right, and had all the essentials like a Nespresso machine, a safe, and loads of TV channels from around the world. ☕

hotel is located next to the railway station, 5 minutes walk to the shopping malls and about 10 minutes walk to the historical part. rooms are small, Small but clean rooms. There is a coffee machine.
Unfortunately, there was no refrigerator in the room. There were no slippers either.

The place was clean with a pleasant and amazingly nice staff. I appreciated the neat and silent room complete with a really nice shower. - the location was marvelous for a trip in Hamburg. - Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Baumann's Bierbar. - Everything was amazing, I recommend.

Good location and friendly staff.
Hotel is old and screams for renovation. No WiFi and ridiculously expensive Ethernet connection. Breakfast at 18 EURO per day is a robbery. Walk outside and you have huge selection of nice and friendly cafeterias where you can have good breakfast at half the price. Overall, while staying in Hamburg for a week, I moved out of this hotel after the second night.

Every member of staff was extremely helpful. Enjoyed the good meals and above average and exceptionally good breakfast.- The location was magnificent and fantastic, near to modern conveniences, the city center or the city lake and Wandelhalle and Sunday shopping, in a very very nice area.

The hotel was fully booked. The "standard room" I was given was very small, totally worn out & dirty carpet. Not up to standard of a four star hotel. They assured me that if possible they would have given an upgrade.
